So Why Did I Create This Course?
I've been a professional artist for over 30 years. As an artist I understand the struggles artists have as they develop their skills. As a workshop and online instructor, I continue to see these common struggles among art students.
I struggled with these skills early on when I began to paint, but when I understood why they were important and how to place them properly in my paintings I saw just how important they were and what a difference they made in my paintings. From then on I was able to focus on the distinct look I wanted in my paintings, no longer wondering why my paintings weren't working out. Everything began to flow naturally. And so I began my career as a professional artist.
I've been teaching all over this country for over 20 years and then began teaching online since 2009. In that time I've worked with hundreds of artists and there's generally a common struggle had by nearly all students.
This is a remarkable time for the artist who wants to continue skill development. No longer is location an issue for an opportunity to take a great workshop.
